Origin of personal data
Strategy Target Group S.à r.l. processes personal data that it receives from you during its business relationship. It also processes, to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract with you, personal data which it has lawfully received from other companies in our group or from other third parties (e.g. for the performance of contracts or on the basis of consent given by you). In addition, Strategy Target Group S.à r.l. processes personal data that it has permissibly obtained from accessible sources (e.g. commercial register, media) and may process.

We process the following categories of personal data about you: personal data (name, address and other contact data, contractual data from the sales partner agreement, bank details and payment data, data from the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, advertising and sales data (commission data), photo and video recordings, documentary data (data from consulting and service discussions), as well as comparable data.
Origin of personal data
Strategy Target Group S.à r.l. processes personal data (Art. 4 para. 2 DSGVO) on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. The processing serves the execution of our contracts or pre-contractual measures with you and the execution of your order, as well as all activities necessary for the operation and administration of our company. The respective details on the purpose of the data processing can be found in the respective contract documents and terms and conditions. Beyond the actual performance of the contract, Strategy Target Group S.à r.l. processes personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. This is permissible insofar as the processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms require the protection of personal data. Such legitimate interests include, for example, carrying out payment processing via external service providers; consulting and exchanging data with credit agencies to identify default risks in specific business transactions; testing and optimising procedures for needs analysis and direct customer contact; advertising Strategy Target Group S.à r.l.'s own products and conducting market and opinion surveys; asserting legal claims and defending legal disputes; and ensuring the IT security and operation of the company. If you have given your consent to Strategy Target Group S.à r.l. to process your personal data for certain purposes, this processing is lawful on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Consent given can be revoked at any time. Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, Strategy Target Group S.à r.l. will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.
